IMV’s energy saving vibration system with high shock vibration power modules

IMV is a leading manufacturer of electrodynamic (ED) vibration simulation systems and IMV’s ECO‐Shaker automatic energy‐saving vibration test systems have been installed by many major automotive manufacturers including Honda and Nissan.

Go-green, IMV energy saving vibration test system

IMV CORPORATION has just shipped their ECO‐Shaker to a leading European automotive component manufacturer.

They develop and manufacture sound systems or roof consoles which are always exposed to Shock levels. The major cause of hardware failure are high frequency level and shock vibration.

IMV’s energy saving type of electrodynamic vibration system carries extra power modules for a high shock vibration, therefore it has perfectly met the customer’s need by combining the ability for doing high shock level tests with high energy savings for everyday low level Sine or Random test profiles.

The system will be combined with a thermal chamber to perform an environmental test as well.

IMV is a leading manufacturer of electrodynamic (ED) vibration simulation systems and IMV’s ECO‐Shaker automatic energy‐saving vibration test systems have been installed by many major automotive manufacturers including Honda and Nissan.
Due to the significant reduction in running costs and improved operational benefits, ECO‐Shaker is now becoming the standard for ED vibration systems.

IMV’s advanced ECO technology is also available to retrofit to existing shakers by installing ECO‐amplifier.

With a versatile product line‐up, IMV continues to advance our customer’s testing capabilities.
